Prestressed anchor for post-tensioning concrete
Definition of Parts:
Anchor head: The key part of bearing the prestressing tension. Round anchor heads are made from 45# high-quality carbon construction steel, while flat anchorages utilize 40Cr steel. Available in both round and flat configurations.
Wedge: The critical component of the anchor system, manufactured from high-class alloy steel 20CrMnTi. Designs include two-chip and three-chip variations. The YJM15 series typically utilizes the two-chip system, suitable for round and flat anchorages, as well as porous couplers.
Production Process:
The YJM System consists of stress-end anchors, fixed-end anchors, anchor couplers, and corrugated pipes. It includes YJM13, YJM15, YJM18 series (round) and BM13, BM15 series (flat), alongside high-strength steel wire YJM5 and YJM7 series.
